Typical OTC stalling tactics, Why dont they tell us something about when they figure the software might be working?? after all a year ago they got rid of SAIC because as NEOM claimed they were holding things up I still cant understand how NEOM can make such a claim when they even admit the software dosent work.
And now the volume is dropping steadily and it seems that even the diehard NEOM fans are getting sick of all the BS
