Quick update, the court hearing went well for us. The Judge accepted the way we want to handle about 130 unsecured claims, there was one objection but the lawyers worked it out. Still shooting for the 22nd for the final orders from the Judge which should be the final legal hurdle as far as the Ch 11 stuff holding up the new shares. I am NOT saying the new shares will go out on the 22nd, but we are getting much closer. Also, the vast majority of the ESF certs have been sent, most of you guys who participated should have them by now or get them in the next few days depending on the mail. There are a few still pending address verification etc., but those should be done by tomorrow.
