Subsequent Events 
On September 27, 2013, the Company retained the services of Norman 
Reynolds of Norman Reynolds  Law  Firm  PC to  complete  and file  a  Form  10 to  bring the  company to  SEC  Fully Reporting status and OTC-QB reporting tier.  Retainer of $5000 was paid, the balance due upon
completion ofthe Form10.
On September 30, 2013, the Company retained the accounting services of M&K CPAS PLLC., to 
perform  an  audit of the Company’s financials for  years 2010, 2011, 2012  and  year to date 
2013. The audit is also part of the  company's move to SEC Fully Reporting Status and OTC-
QB.  Retainer of $4000 was paid, with the balance due upon completion of the audit.
