Wildcat your post basically is confusing, you state the laws benefit Devon to do what they want then you extrapolate that superior benefits somehow. The other issue is the "gushers club" This is private dealings subsequent to a public company that had no capital. I am surprised nobody is strongly encouraging superior to publicly announce intentions, maybe they are fluid and subject to change Whatever the case it will be interesting, I would bet on Devon calling all the shots and in that I would say the private players stand to control whatever plays out more so than the revoked players who have nothing at this point
