Thank You Krony for once again sharing your communications with Berge with us. This was good information about his continued commitment NOT to reverse split! To me it looks like he either sees this at a much higher PPS so he won't have to increase shares, or he'll have to increase the number of shares.

Right now it looks like there is no urgency for people to BUY at the ASK. Buyers are betting that Berge won't release another PR right now, so why not wait it out on the BID and get their shares cheaper? Why not? Because Berge can't be accurately predicted on these things, and in the past, when a announcement (PR) happens, it moves to quickly to catch.
