That's interesting given the company disclosed this in their latest 10Q filing:

APPLICABLE ONLY TO CORPORATE ISSUERS
State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date.
As of November 8, 2013, the Company had outstanding 30,306,061shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.


The company isn't disclosing the float or the autorized shares in their company info on octmarkets.com either.
