i'd like to see additional input given (guidance) on where 3 stands
since that is 2 months and 9 days of the 4th Q ..

i've been so strapped for time .. i haven't even had a chance
to do more than a very cursory glance of the 3rd Q

but imo burn rate will *compress* even further .. there will
always be aspects that can't be compressed .. but my thinking
is there are pkgs for those @ RRON that will be completed soon
(if not done already)
