imo 3 material events filed in a sequence
knocks this *lastest* round of this *game*
out of the park

i would do all 3 filings within hours or 2 days at most
i've said this *round* is broken with material events that can't
be *negated* or refuted ..

1) BoD seated
2) detailed accounting of 3's ops
3) sale of proc to X co. @ Y price tag

zero doubts about JB/JBI or the *stock*

i've called this *move* and the one in MAY in real time (and in this latest round in advance)

i never fight the PROs' efforts but my gtcs (and others) get filled
off of their *efforts* .. last one just filled says *thanks* ;)

btw .. watch for a change in pattern .. this round requires volume
for a *trading* stock ..
