DTC "Chill" Removed from Eco Depot, Inc., Common Stock.

Eco Depot, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECDP) is pleased to announce that ECDP has completed negotiations with the DTCC and as of September 17, 2013, the DTCC's "Administrative Chill" on clearing ECDP stock certificates was removed.
The re-instatement of the DTC depository services is an instrumental and enormous accomplishment for Eco-Depot, Inc. We are pleased with the efforts of our Transfer Agent, Colonial Stock Transfer and the DTC itself in removing the chill. This will allow our shareholder to once again deposit certificates in street name.
