more''we anticipate''-sorry-the MARKET has delivered its verdict.....as for ''not puting out an alternative slate''-WRONG-dump the management and the stock would jump on the news....of course, it could be too late for this,the only chance I see now to avoid bankruptcy and to recover some investor value is to sell the company lock ,stock and barrel
