Gee whiz. Almost net positive cash flow, acquired Syndicated Solar, AND about to acquire Mercury Solar? That means the PPS is going down huh? Good news = bad pps, Super-Extremely Good News means we will be under a nickel by Christmas. (This is sarcasm people)

Can anyone explain to me why this isn't at $10 a share after hours?
