Food (or pizza) for thought. The 4 pizza locations are all within a 25 mile radius of Dayton, and so are approximately 10 other towns, all pretty much suburbs of Dayton. Lets say these 14 towns average 5000 people. (70000) Dayton I do believe is around 140000 people. So for easy math lets take 25% of 200000 people (50000) and say they buy 2 pizzas at 10.99/month. the franchise is bringing in $1,099,000/month. I did notice looking at an map of the Dayton area these pizza joint are located close to or in heavy traffic areas. Maybe its all about supply and demand. Just my opinion.
