Following its acquisition of Shades of Fragrances, Inc. in June 2013, the Company assembled an experienced management team, including a sales and marketing force with an impressive track record of global marketing and sales success in the perfume industry. This dynamic team has since began developing a mass market fragrance of its Phantom The Fragrance. “I am thrilled with our progress on the Phantom project,” said CEO of Shades Holdings, Inc. Lucien Lallouz. Progress on the development of the new Phantom Fragrance, is one of our priorities since we own the brand outright.
