Who is crying RS? What distraction?

All the man needs to do is commit for 2014 the same thing he committed to in 2013. NO REVERSE SPLITS!
His failure to address the issue for the upcoming year is the distraction, not someone expressing their concern. Again, if it was warranted for AC to address the issue for 2013, its warranted for the upcoming year. It's as simple and logical as that.

To AC: commit now to no RS for 2014 and I'll suck up millions of more shares to what I already own - and I'll hold them till this hits pennies.
