You have a point, but if you have time and resources to do a FSBO then you do, my guess is they want to do it right and have enough other issues to deal with. I can sell my own home, but have used a realtor for time's sake.
OR they want to do this for CC? Us? Themselves? Satisfy growth needs? Initiatives we dont know about? 100 other questions/ideas?.
