As far as I know, the BVIG OS has remained stable since the spinoff. We may see some dilution the next time there is a filing, but not so far. BVIG has already been slow to file. Bubba has trouble with filing things.

The lies in KATX's filings were some time back, before the lies and pumping in the S-1 that caused the spinoff to be delayed for so long while Bubba diluted KATX. He actually lied in the financials, more than once, I suppose thinking nobody would notice.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
