Imagine if you will a company that dilutes with 10 million shares, selling them at .004. $40K for the company (not the shareholders, but the company). But, to make things look good the CEO of the company buys 10 million. Somewhere, somehow, with some nice accounting those shares get back to the company, but $10K is made. Well, people "running" the company need to get paid. So, the $10K goes to them. When the price goes up, to say, .005, the CEO takes back the shares from the company and sells them, making another $50K. It's like a nice little Ponzi scheme. Not saying that's going on here, but it would make a fun read or movie to watch.
