PVSP is technically not under a "Chill". They are restricted to broker-to-broker trades. Most firms don't mind, it just takes a few days longer to settle.

However, this is still a limitation and hinderance. It will/it is being addressed by management.

What we've got here...is a failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach...which is the way he wants it, well, HE GETS IT! And I dont like it anymore than you men.
