just an observation....
penny dividends are at the bottom of the list in regards to disbursing
your claim many have already received it is not true
you may have just prompted an eventual halt to trading for an investigation

i have been through penny dividends before and complaints like this give way to a second look and halts.

don't take this the wrong way....appreciate concern but this is a penny stock and very easy to halt at any time. good luck.
