Your post makes just about every point for my complaints. Let's start here. "If something is not published on schedule there is a reason" Yes, but shareholders would like to know what that reason is and why they again have missed a deadline??? Silence as usual about why these filings were missed with the SP dropping to near 52-wk lows. Same old story.
You say, "It is not too hard if you want an answer." I called two days ago and still haven't gotten a response from anyone. That's not unusual and has happened all too often to many shareholders. Same old story.
You say, "Too bad you weren't able to hook up with the blog. All the answers are there." IMO this goes to the very heart of the problem. As a publicly traded company they should be keeping the PUBLIC informed, not just the few and privileged. Not just the large shareholders and not just the posters on a private blog.
As a shareholder in a public company I want to get answers directly from the Company, not from some other unreliable source. These people don't care about doing that IMO. Same old story.
IMHO these people should have never gone public because they don't seem to understand how to run a public company properly. They certainly have no desire to keep all shareholders informed of company business.
