I'm not a short nor a pumper. This might drop .29-.30 this week again. My own personal theory, expect an update/news and see price between .45-.60. DCTH trading at cash on hand value. Delisting is not an issue "yet", they can request extension. They will either push it to $1 or reverse split to avoid delisting by 2014. For me it's worth the big risk of an upside. I'm in at 69000 shares @.31c. ZACKS rating strong buy, although they r wrong most of the time ( in my case).
