The probability of an asteroid hitting the earth is a little different than that of YAGI calling a note due in 90 days (when the current term ends) and GERS cannot pay the note. I am afraid that you are going to be deeply disappointed in the SJ ruling. My concern is that many share your hopes and when they are dashed that will create panic selling.
