I believe you may be right.

Read some of the amazon reviews...the fragrance has been around for some time apparently.

Amazing DD you're digging up. If the plan is to resurrect the scent and start another product line, they'll need capital. 9 times out of 10 that means equity financing, right?

Just my opinion. Always do your own DD, and good luck!
