I was just throwing out ideas - never know what actually is going to happen!

My only though on premier is if they still have the ships - being absorbed into the conglomerate might be the breath of fresh air that they would need to get things back to profitable status - and by the way it sounds to me from the posts that dingo and wrench put up earlier regarding their chats with peter today is that it's going to be set up just like a conglomerate corp. PVE at the head and "sub-divisions" all reporting up - which is how i would do it if I was peter, better for finances all the way around.
