Read back on the posts from early last year I think. The DTC or the SEC one of them has told the other to un chill. But if they ever do then its open to a law suit for damages. So it will never be in chilled useless someone with deep pockets take las on the SEC... We're talking hundreds of millions here and years in court. No lawyer wants to out that time and money up front

(IMO) Sometimes I'm to the point, and sometimes I'm out in left field. JMHO
