If you guys are all assuming that the judge is "gaming", delaying this trial just to push it through appeals first. What makes you think the appeals court won't be gamed and give VRNG the same run around for another year or two? I agree that this case has been dragged on for way too long and it is a bunch of BS that Google is allowed to continuously delay delay delay, but if you all assume that this Judge Jackass Jackson is on the take then we have some big problems even trying to get through the appeals court. The whole system is bought and paid off then don't you think?
