T-Fud- For those of us with a low lawyer IQ-
What would be the goals of hiring a competent attorney?
investment advice?
or litigation advice?

I am among those who feel powerless in the legal world- the outcomes will be the same regardless of whom I pay for counsel.

I realize this is apathetic- but is a realistic outcome of hiring an attorney- apparently many well educated, intelligent people hire them every day.
