GOOD DILUTION ?!?! DILUTION = DILUTION. Regardless if you consider it GOOD or BAD, It happened... when the CEO clearly said, he promised that it wouldn't happen for 12 - 24 months. And to make matters even worse, he said in an e-mail that he never promised anything!!! FLAT OUT LIE!!!!

MDIN - I'd like to confirm again that NO shares have or will be issued or freed up in the near future. Dilution will not happen on my watch

MDIN - CEO Confirms that product distribution is still slated for January 1st, and promise NO dilution or reverse splits in next 2 years.
