The Free plan doesn't allow incoming calls

If you are using the Free Trial plan be advised that you can only make outgoing calls to test the quality of the service etc.

You have to have a Paid account set up in order to have a REAL phone number that will make both outgoing and receive incoming calls as you would expect.

They set it up like this to prevent a lot of Free Calling and get folks to sign up for the paid plans, which is good policy and makes good business sense.

As they stated before, you have to have a Paid plan to make video calls.
