Has anyone actually read the latest 10Q? It has to be among the worse I have seen in a OTC scamming company. These guys issue convertibles like they have their own ATM machine. Pages and pages of it, most due to be paid off over the next 12 months by a company operating in the red and surviving from all the issued convertibles???
