I just spoke with David Gasparine five minutes ago on the phone by calling the # at the bottom of the epoxyapp.com site. He was very professional and said "Our investors will be very happy when the NEWS comes out". I asked for an update on the 8K. While he would not reveal the day it will drop it was evident that it is truly any day. He said they have been working hard on it and I suspect it will be out this week before the long weekend. He understood the importance of momentum.

The inpatient investors are selling at the moment but it is pointless with such a promising barrage of news that is on the way.

NHYT will be explosive when this hits. To any investor, it should be obvious that this stock has remarkable support.
