Does Frank have to report his sales anymore? I know he had a planned/filed/scheduled sell plan but can he now dump more or change the frequency of his sales w/o notification? I wonder if he has to sell all or at least half of his shares to satisfy the divorce(50/50 or buy her out on half) and the scheduled plan wasn't accomplishing it fast enough. I would think he would've just given her half of his shares then or maybe she wants cash. I guess he could just have a legit medical reason. Who knows... I want to buy more if it dips but I have plenty of ?'s. Tomorrow should be interesting. New guys resume looks good, this looks like a long term positive. Buy when others fear and panic.
