This is big folks read it very well mostly Nay sayers cannot get clearer than this.

Joseph E. Riad states, "I am extremely pleased to join a profitable, emerging growth public company. It is rare these days to find an issuer with virtually no debt and has a growing core business and has assets that were evaluated and audited. I see an opportunity to add value by courting private and public companies that have value, to become subsidiaries of CDFT.
