Board of directors= one member= Koos. The board of director or should I say Koos hold the 40000 AAA series voting share (each share is worth 100000 common shares), you do the maths and tell me Koos doesn't own the company. I never said there was anything wrong with dilution, except how he want about doing this....1.8B shares dump since December 2012 at these low PPS...???
