Quick Review:
1. The 10K that VHGI filed was fully audited (many company's on the OTC don't file audited financials).
2. The 10K VHGI filed cost that $200K.
3. Based on that cost, the 10Q's probably cost about $50K each.
4. If you have just enough money coming in to keep the production going (paying workers, electric bills, etc), would you really take $100K to pay for filings that there are no penalties not to file???
Just wanted to put some logic out here, versus some other theories...
