The 376-passenger luxury boutique cruise vessel M/V Porto will provide short cruises among Greek islands. They’re estimating $7 million in revenue within the first six months of operation beginning this summer (2013). The Time Charter in conjunction with the cruise operations that we have previously announced in the Greek Islands will bring the company completely profitable and give us full operations status. The company will generate approximately monthly in gross revenue, equivalent to $868,270 US Dollars.
4. M/V Ocean Star will begin operations in November/December 2013 with an immediate $56 million a year in gross profits per year /sailing only 309 days a year and at a 75% occupancy rate, below industry standards. Peter is highly optimistic it will be more. IONIAN QUEEN is on schedule to begin operations in September (latter half) 2013. Peter pointed out that they are looking at $15 million a year in gross profits from this transaction; and
5. Trafalgar Energy Limited (TEL): VDSC will earn revenues as a result of their supplying and operating a hotel accommodations and field-work vessel for technical support at (TEL) oil rigs in Nigeria – five-year contract. VDSC and Trafalgar agreed to charter the vessel to a major oil company. Trafalgar Energy Ltd has agreed to make and completely fund an outright purchase of the subject vessel from PVE and PVE has agreed take a portion of the purchase price to purchase an equity position in Trafalgar Energy Ltd.

Peter Villitois, CEO, once again states that “we will not do dilution of VDSC shares and harm our shareholders and we are working vigorously on executing and staying in line with our business plan and helping to accelerate our revenues at the same time. This is a very important turning point for the company and I am very excited in the progress we are making.”
