you both maybe right. LAMCO is a ship made for a special purpose in 2009 or whatever. They don't need the ship right now so LAMCO is tied up at the dock. When they need her, they will assign a crew and away she sails into the sunset.

Who cares if LAMCO exists or not. If they need a LAMCO, Lehmans can always make one in short order.
