A couple of thousand shares doesn't sound significant, but I've always wondered what kind of damage that amount could do in the right (wrong) hands. Could a small block of FTD's be traded multiple times? Could a small, homeless block be leveraged as a source of multiple locates to skirt reporting restrictions?
