PGIE litigation - SEC Charges Robert Gandy and Marcellous McZeal

Great news! I spent a lot of time researching and trying to help expose the PGIE scam. For the people that lost lots of money there it has to be a little satisfying to see the charges filed against Gandy and McZeal.

The Complaint goes into more detail about how they carried out the scheme of creating bogus debt Notes and other bogus documents then illegally issued themselves free trading stock to sell while pumping the stock with lies.

It is interesting that although not charged, the SEC was not shy at all about naming attorney Cameron Linton in the Complaint for his role in providing the opinion letters to allow the scheme to take place.

I think that was the SEC's way of saying that Cameron Linton should have been able to figure out that the documentation was all fraudulent.

Without Cameron Linton's negligence the scam could never have been carried out.
