Warnaco Macys Victoria Secrets are top three competitors. I could see Macys buying out FOHL...long shot, but they could also market their other products such as purfume...yaaaneverknow...

I also saw some new company making tons of online sales cutting into VS's sales...perhaps they would be interested as they have supposedly great selling products.

Internal changes may also improve bottom line as we will see...
