I'm sure BJ will look into those allegations and, if found to have grounds, will cease and desist doing business with such shady individuals (right!). I find it amusing at times that, even though there are none among us who haven't heard some very good "lawyer" jokes, and of all the "professional" people out there, lawyers are the most reviled, the fact that PTI is being headed up by one of them is a wonderful thing?

It's gonna take some kind of solid piece of news to keep those 62 mil shares from finding their way into the mainstream.
