Well for one, 15M for Falak and the gang is just a small drop in the bucket for someone who runs a Billion dollar plus empire....second, the other statement just means they have not broken ground....everything else has been lined up and I strongly suspect we will hear of the full funding very soon which will be a HUGE catalyst for the PPS. Another thing, if this was only a shell, they why keep up the filings? Why hire one of the largest and most respected IR firms? Nah, much bigger stuff going on here........I will be in Dubai next month for 5 days and FYI, I am buying down here......GLTU
