VFINS toast with the information they were forced to provide during the arbitration process, as I posted the fines should be posted once the first case is settled.
If you go to FINRA and find the correct area you can read through how the process works, sometimes a mm can request the case NOT be posted publically under special circumstances, however you have just been notified by myself and yes I have seen the trading ledgers from the first case.
Nite and VFIN are done, one might say you could put a fork in them?

The crimes committed by VFIN, NITE and many others will have a very bright spotlight on them.

I see on FINRAs website, the newer paper tiger on L2 has a nasty record for being fined for poor record keeping...how polite!
