Thay was of their own stock. Why are you even posting this. We are getting shares of a different company. It has no effect on VDSC shares or price. They did a reverse split dividend of their own stock not a spin off like VDSC.

The speculation on this board is getting terrible. The fact is thr dividend should of been announced through OTC when FINRA approved it. This is why there was so much speculation is because an official filing of scheduled dividend has yet to be released
