I did see today's show where Cramer spoke about the extremely bullish signal exhibited when a CFO buys stock. Regardless of Cramer's motive, this definitely bodes well for GZFX.

Did the CFO pay market price for his investment? I was under the impression his purchase wasn't the same as an open market purchase.

If it was anything other than an open market purchase, it's really not that significant. It only benefits him, not us.
