Don't you think if N/S go to arbitration and Sharp doesn't settle that it would be obvious P&D on the conference call post ERICY settlement?

Management may not be concerned for enhanced shareholder value at the expense of their own pockets, but I can't beleive they would be so obvious or so stupid.

That said, you have been more right in your calls than myself and I am concerned that without news on Monday morning that we will have more panic as we did last week.

IDCC has yet to show ANYONE the money beyond their own accounts.

Hoping for the best, expecting far less.
