Look at HC sales. During the week he sells what has to be condidred a modest amount a couple of thousand shares. All longs breathe a sigh of relief. Then suddenly long after all his noddy men sell at the heights , he decides to sell at a much lower amount and a hughe number of shares.

Now can anybody with a grain of salt in their head actually think that the Nokia/Samsung money is just around the corner. Harry has found out that Nokia has told the company ARBITRATION and in a couple of years they will settle for peanuts, in the meantime they will continue to insure all others against licensing 3g with IDCC.

In a few months we will be told that the Sharp contract has gone awal, and that Nokia will enter arbitration, with the standard attachment that the result of the arbitration may mean that we could end up with nothing.
