I posted facts of the CDFT financials, you took it as negative and malice, there was no opinion given in my post. I will respond with excerpts of the financials later this evening. There is more then just equity pertaining to the "uplist" that they do not meet the requirements for. As far as their uplist and false equity that is the easy part when you look at the preferred shares. Again, nothing I posted was inaccurate f he facts from the financial statements.
