The CEO finally killed shareholders! But all of us just let him go?

He run his plan very carefully, just stop making anything, quarter by quarter, finally, killed all of the warrants, which finally got expired at 6/11/2013 and 7/18/2013.

Also, go further, he made the stock delisted from NASDAQ!

Then, he will plan to go private, with very cheap price.

With $3.5/share cash, why let him go?

Where are shareholders??????
