ST-GEORGES ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT
Montreal, Quebec, July 5, 2013 – St-Georges Platinum and Base Metals Ltd. (OTCQX: SXOOF) (CNSX:
SX) (BSE: 85G) is pleased to announce the nominations of Mr. Robert Gardhouse as its new President and CEO
and of Mr. Joel Scodnick as Vice-President Exploration.
Effective today, Mr. Robert Gardhouse will take over the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of
the Company.
Mr. Gardhouse has over 30 years of experience in active investing in the natural resources sector, primarily in
Canada. He has been providing advisory services concerning corporate structure, finance, business strategies, and
has acted as a liaison with the institutional investment community in many mandates. Mr. Gardhouse has over 25
years of experience in all phases of real estate in private building development and in acquisitions, sales and
marketing. He has over 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur during which time he started, owned
and operated several privates companies.
Mr. Gardhouse has been involved with St-Georges as a Consulting Manager since the fall of 2011. Since 2010, he
has occupied the position of executive manager at Dumasbancorp ULC, a private equity and investment banking
advisory firm. Prior to getting involved in real estate, Mr. Gardhouse occupied multiple positions with different
organizations, including a position with Air Canada as a manager from 1973 to 1987. He has also been a
significant shareholder of St-Georges since 2010.
Mr. Frank Dumas, who resigned as CEO and President, will stay as a director and become the Executive
Chairman of the Company.
Mr. Joel Scodnick, P.Geo. has accepted the position of Vice-President Exploration with St-Georges. Mr.
Scodnick has over 31 years of experience in mineral exploration, financing, corporate development, and mining
development. He serves as an accomplished geologist with exploration experience for precious and base metals as
well as industrial minerals in North, Central and South America as well as Eastern and Western Europe and
Central Asia. He is an active member and Professional Geoscientist of the Association of Professional
geoscientists of Ontario.

Furthermore, St-Georges has retained the services of Dubé & Desaulniers Geoscience Ltd. as an independent
advisory firm. Dubé & Desaulniers Geoscience Ltd. offers advanced expertise in all phases of ground, borehole
and airborne geophysical surveys and in the creation of 3D earth modelling. The firm also offers all types of
professional geological and geophysical services to the mineral industry including the supervision and
management of exploration programs.
